Shipping policy

Production time
Standard production is 16 business days from the later of payment clearing and proof approval. Transit time is additional.

Domestic shipping
We ship Australia-wide by tracked courier. Transit is typically 2–7 business days depending on destination, with regional and remote
deliveries at the longer end. Tracking is issued on dispatch.

International shipping
We ship worldwide. Duties, import taxes and customs charges are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing further
to pay on arrival.

For bulk orders, freight is quoted per order rather than charged at a flat rate. Costs vary substantially by destination, weight and carrier,
so contact us at Fuerzastudios100@gmail.com before ordering and we will confirm the delivered price and an estimated transit window
in writing.

Delivery addresses
Ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not able to redirect a consignment once dispatched, and redelivery arising from an incorrect address supplied by you is charged at cost.
Lost or damaged in transit

Consignments are insured.

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable period of the estimated window, contact us at Fuerzastudios100@gmail.com. We will lodge the claim with the carrier and replace the affected goods. Retain all packaging and
photograph any damage, as carriers require this to process a claim.

Delays outside our control
Carrier delays, customs holds, weather events and industrial action are outside our control. We will keep you informed and assist with tracing, but we are not liable for delays of this kind.
