Refund policy

Custom-made goods
Every item Fuerza Studios produces is made to order and customised to your specification — artwork, names, numbers, sizes and
colourways are set by you. For this reason we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size
selection, or a change in your requirements after production has begun.
This exclusion applies to customised goods only and does not limit your rights below.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees
apply to goods supplied for under $100,000, including goods purchased by clubs, schools, firms and other businesses.

If your goods have a major problem — they are significantly different from the approved proof, unsafe, or unfit for their purpose and
cannot easily be fixed — you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. If
the problem is not major, we will repair or replace the affected items within a reasonable time.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us at Fuerzastudios100@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Where we have supplied faulty, defective or incorrect goods, we will cover return postage and either replace the affected items or refund
them, at your election where the failure is major.

Errors in information you supply
We print exactly what appears on your approved proof and in the name, number and size list you provide. Where a reprint is required
because the information you supplied was incorrect — a misspelled name, a wrong number, a wrong size against a player — the reprint
is charged at full price. We recommend having a second person check your list before you approve the proof.

Quantities
We guarantee the exact quantity ordered. If a shipment arrives short, notify us and we will produce and dispatch the balance at our cost.

Sizing
Garments are printed on AS Colour blanks. Size charts are published on each product page and we strongly recommend clubs run a
sizing set before submitting their list. Free physical samples are included on orders above 100 garments; samples are available at cost on
smaller orders. Incorrect size selection is not a fault and is not returnable.
